Severe Weather To Snow

As I always tell you, "never say never to Arkansas weather".

We have the risk for some strong to severe thunderstorms late today into tonight mainly for northern Arkansas.  This does not look like a repeat of the past two events at this time, but it does need to be watched.  The main threats will be wind and hail.  The tornado threat is quite low.

This is all because of an arctic front moving into the state.  Much colder air will move in and the chance for some wintry weather is increasing Saturday into Saturday night.  I would not be surprised if flakes flew as far south as central Arkansas.

This video is loaded with specifics.  Enjoy.
